All unrestricted International orders are shipped via USPS International or FedEx International and deliveries may also be delayed due to COVID-19. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Anacotte has no control over the cost of duties and taxes imposed upon import customs outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. It is also obligated by law to declare the proper item value on all shipments.
Due to the Covid-19, some of our productions may have been facing a shortage. If an item is at a backorder status, such an item will not ship until available.
1: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2: After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 0-3 days to process your order unless a specific product is on backorder. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3: In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4: If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
