How can I make changes to my Anacotte orders
Simply contact us or send us an email within 12 hours or before we shipped out. Please make sure to include your order ID as well.
How do I know if the order has successfully been placed?
If you have received an order confirmation email, it means that your order has been placed successfully. If you have an account with us, you may log into your account and check your order history to make sure that such an order exists.
Why can't I receive my order confirmation notice?
Please check your spam mail first. If that cannot be found, feel free to reach out to us and we will investigate further.
What payment methods are accepted?
The available payment options are listed at the bottom of our website. These are the most commonly used methods. Note that Anacote does not collect your credit/debit card number or any associated card information when you make a payment.
Buy Now Pay Later and installments are now available on our website.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. However, international shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout. To provide you with the best rates possible, we've partnered with multiple shipping carriers.
Is signature required for delivery?
No. Signature is not required for deliveries to residential addresses.
Can we ship to an APO, FPO, DPO address?
Yes. Please allow 14-22 days for delivery.
What qualifies for free shipping?
Free standard shipping can be applied to orders with total value (after discount) over $30 USD under typical circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.
How do you process international shipping?
We typically use DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx international to fulfill orders outside the United States. If your shipping address is near one of our warehouses located in another country, we may fulfill your order from there. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please be aware that some countries may require import taxes or duties for incoming goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that we are not responsible for any such charges.
How long will shipping take?
Currently, we aim to process ship all orders out within 72 hours.

Some of our products are made in house and we replenish our inventory every 2-3 weeks. The longest delay you should ever see in shipping is about 2-3 weeks IF that item is somehow out of stock.
How long does it take to arrive?
Default Standard Shipping: typically delivered in 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
Expecited shipping: delivered in two business days via UPS.
International Shipping: delivered in 5-15 business days via USPS First Class international or USPS Priority Mail International varies upon shipping address.
How do you track orders?

What is your return policy?
Your Anacotte products are covered by a 14 days return and exchange window, which means you may return your product by contacting us with the specific reason of why you would need a return or exchange. Before contacting us, get prepared with your order number so that we can process your request faster. Your refund will go back to your original payment method by default unless another way of refund has been specified. For bank account, it typically takes 3-5 business days to get your money back. Credit card may take as long as 14 days. If you have received a damaged item or packaging loss, please contact us within 7 days for a return & exchange request. We have partnered with route in providing shipping insurance add-on. Learn more about how route will protect your package here.
If your return is approved due to a manufacturer defect, please return the product with all original contents. If any original contents are missing, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the missing parts. Please note that used screen protectors are not eligible for return. For opened but unused items, a $5 restocking fee will be applied.
Do you provide return labels?
Customers are responsible for any fees occured during the return pricess. Before Anacotte receives the packaging, you will be accountable of the package and fees occured. Therefore, using traceable packaging service is recommended.
Order status appears to be on backorder
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock. We won't fulfill the order unless items are available. You may receive an update when item becomes available.

How should I create an account?
Accounts are created when log in using an email address.
Note: If someone logs in with an email address that’s not associated with an existing customer profile, then a new customer profile is created automatically.
