For custom packaging projects, tracking usually starts after artwork approval, sampling if required, production scheduling, quality checks, and shipment booking.

Before shipment

Custom packaging orders may not show carrier tracking while they are still in design, proofing, sample approval, production, or quality inspection. Contact us if you need a production status update.

After shipment

Carrier updates can take a few business days to appear after pickup. Delivery timing depends on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and order size.
